The Christmas of 2005! Abby was 5 and Nathan was 3. We had fun taking pictures this day!! These two are great friends, which I am grateful for. I love Christmas and I am amazed that I love even more now that I am a mom. I love to watch my kids shaking presents and trying to figure out what they are. I love trips to Santa and singing Christmas songs. I love baking treats and making gingerbread houses with my kids. I love the hushed and reverent way they love to hold the baby Jesus from the Nativity!!!! My kids remind me of all the great things that we should be focusing on at Christmas. They remind me of the sacred birth of the Savior and the innocence at the wonder of it all!!!
